Controller
Joschka Bieri, Postfach 9, 3550 Langnau i. E., Switzerland. Email: legal@getfinit.com. This policy covers numlane.com and the redirect domains numlane.ch and numlane.de, and is written to meet the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Your inputs stay in your browser
All calculators run as JavaScript in your browser. The amounts, dates, texts and prompts you enter are not sent to numlane or to any third party. If a tool remembers your last inputs, it stores them in your browser's local storage, where you can delete them at any time.
Hosting and server logs
The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages). To deliver pages and protect against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the requested URL, time, browser type and referrer. This is necessary to provide the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process data in the United States; it is certified under the EU-US and Swiss-US Data Privacy Frameworks.
Google Analytics, only with your consent
If you click "Allow analytics" in the banner, Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) is loaded to measure which pages and tools are used (page views, clicks on downloads, approximate location, device type). Without your consent, the Google Analytics script is not loaded at all. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4; data is kept for 14 months. Google may process data in the United States under the Data Privacy Framework.
You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer. Your choice itself is stored in your browser's local storage under the key nl-consent.
No advertising cookies, no selling of data
numlane currently shows no advertising. If that changes, this policy and the consent banner will be updated before any advertising technology is loaded.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your personal data, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You can complain to a data protection authority, in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in the EU the authority of your country. Write to the email address above to exercise your rights.
